I'm a fan of their Asakusa branch, so I had to check their new branch in Ojima as soon as it opened(this is day 2 after their opening). I'm happy to report that the food is as good as their parent branch - some of the chefs have shifted to the new branch! I tried their "Kerala Special Thali", I opted for the Kerala Fish curry (delicious!) and the Thattu Dosa as my choice of sides. Additionally, there are other sides like Sambar, Thoran (2 types - Chickpea and Mung beans), Rasam, and a yummy dessert Payasam. The rice they use is Basmati (unlike most "Indian" joints here that use Japanese rice). Food was served hot and in a well-set plate shaped like a banana leaf. The place can accommodate large groups with prior reservation (approx 18-20 people). There are single tables and counter-top seats too. In my hurry to wolf down the food, I didn't take a pic 😅 Very close to Ojima station on the Shinjuku line.
